What You’ll Need
- 4 eggs
- Lettuce leaves
- Cucumber
- 2 large tomatoes
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
How To Do It
- Boil the eggs in a pot of water for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool them in a bowl of cold water for five minutes, then peel off the shells.
- Using a sharp knife, cut off the top and bottom of the eggs so they can stand upright.
- Slice the lettuce leaves into smaller pieces and place these on a plate. Slice the cucumber into bite-sized chunks and sprinkle on top of the lettuce. You now have grass for your toadstools to stand on. Place the eggs upright on the lettuce. They will look like toadstool stems peeping out of the grass.
