Make your own yummy snacks this Easter!

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• 2 cups icing sugar

• ¼ cup cocoa powder

• 1 sponge cake

• 3 cuos desiccatted coconut

1Sift icing sugar and cocoa powder into a bowl.
2Add just enough warm water to make the mixture runny.
3Spread the coconut on to a sheet of baking paper or a baking tray so you don’t make a mess.
4Cut the sponge cake into 3 cm-wide wedges.
5Dip wedges into the bowl of icing,making sure each side is fully coated.
6Roll each wedge in the coconut until completely covered.
7Place all of the wedges on to a wire rack or tray and leave for 30 minutes to set.

Add a drop of food colouring to the desiccated coconut [...]
